Sr. Support Analyst -Sailpoint IdentityNow and Radiant Logic Virtual Directory Serve (VDS) to join our team in Bangalore , Karn taka (IN-KA) , India (IN) .

Responsibilities will include:

  • Transition of existing SailPoint IdentityNow Solutions, Architecture, Build, and Deployment
  • Support and monitor schedulers for Identity, Account and Entitlement Connectors from all applications
  • Support periodic certification reviews, views and reports in the SailPoint Platform. Enhance review definitions, generation of review for quarterly audit
  • Provide daily monitoring report for all connector run status and scheduled reports generation
  • Verify and ensure user s entitlement in an application/platform is appropriate based on an individual s business role and job function
  • Remediate access of the users if it is no longer required. Generate different reports based on the project requirement. Customize reports like Top Entitlements requested, Revocation Report for Role review
  • Support various types of reviews like Account access, User access, Group and Role review
  • Respond to and resolve support issues related to RadiantLogic Virtual Directory Server (VDS) connectivity with data sources, directories
  • Respond to and resolve support issues related RadiantLogic Virtual Directory Server (VDS) LDAP Authentication with Legacy Applications
  • Respond to and resolve support issues related to RadiantLogic Virtual Directory Server (VDS) integration with Active Directory
  • Deploy code to production environment.
  • Support VDS directory treea nd OU creation specific for Applications, External Users and Groups
