Job Description

  1. Design and develop training programs for professional development for client organizations
  2. Conduct training programs for corporate clients across the country
  3. Deepen relationships with clients for repeat business
  4. Ensure seamless coordination and delivery of client engagements
  5. Work closely with the client to tailor programs for maximum effectiveness
  6. Manage and develop performance consultants for standard quality client experience
  1. Assess relevant training needs for individuals and client organizations
  2. Design training content and supplementary material (power point slides, handouts etc.) necessary to meet training needs
  3. Ensure all necessary equipment and materials relating to the effective delivery of training are available at the training venue
  4. Ensure all training activities and materials meet with relevant organizational culture and policies
  5. Travel to training locations to deliver programs
  6. Conduct initiatives to develop and maintain strong relationships with decision making teams in client organizations
  7. Constantly work on creating, developing and adding to content and activities to expand the companys pool of resources
  8. Monitor and report on activities, costs, performance, etc., on time and as required by the company
