Job Description

Position Summary:- The ISSR responsible for driving all Secure power service sales products across the country. Generate Service Sales opportunities through existing install base via outbound cold calls, emails and generate revenue to SE.ISSR will primarily focus on: Proactive growth in support of the services business plan; Prompt reaction to quote requests and up selling of customer standard requests. Essential Responsibilities:

  • Manages the inside sales target to achieve Services business expected growth
  • Executes the outbound calls on the targeted customer database.
  • Fosters collaboration between teams to grow our ONE Schneider Electric Field Services Sales/Revenue.
  • Secures consistent follow-up and close all leads/opportunities in BFO.
  • Handles all standard quote activities for end customers and partners.
  • Transfers proposals to the outside sales team when an on-site customer visit is required to deliver the customer quotation (modernization, )
  • Ensures efficient and regular communications with critical Field Services functions including scheduling, order management, FSR, and outside sales
  • Develop and maintains an ongoing professional relationship with new or existing customers.
  • Answers customer questions and educates customers on all SE services
  • Maintains updated opportunity portfolio in Bridge front Office(bFO).
  • Reports on dedicated KPIs to management on activity
  • Work on building tools which can ease & result in better efficiency for the Inside Sales.
  • The ISSR will also be in close contact with Order Management team to ensure timely order booking & billing.
  • He/She will work closely with FS stake holders and handle entire operations from pro-actively call customers identified in the traceability execution plan, to generate additional revenues (end of life, retrofit, ) beyond renewal of contracts.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and ERP/CRM related tools.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with high level of confidence. Possess good analytical skills.
  • Customer centric, demonstrated leadership with management skills, people skills. Target oriented and believe in teamwork.
