  • We are looking for an HCM Manager (Oracle, Workday, SAP etc.,) to join our highly committed and dynamic international Global Business IT team who would be the Point of Contact as TechnoFunctional role.
  • Youll play a key role in the HRIT landscape. By providing your expertise on HCM, youll be responsible for the configuration, customization, and support of the system. Youll support business-critical processes and integrations.
What youll be doing:
  • Functional Aspects:
  • Establish scalable, efficient, and automated processes for large-scale data integration, ensuring data integrity
  • Establish functional process workflow between modules and tools, including approval matrix for payroll, leave & attendance, hcm modules.
  • Create knowledge articles around modules based on roles - Super Admin, HR Stake Holders, External Stake Holders and Employees
  • Build process to manage the sub-entity employee movement workflow
  • Provision employee and manager self service workflows
  • Communicate with stakeholders to understand and review the requirements on tool integrations, reporting and the fast formula
  • Work closely with the HR team to orchestrate data loads by enabling features in employee central, payroll and leave modules
  • Provide assistance and support to HR stakeholders as needed
  • Create data control mechanism based on roles and modules
  • Build error analysis, troubleshooting, issue resolution proposal /implementation/ maintenance of solutions by defining SLAs across functional and technical queries by modules and stake holders.
Technical Aspects : * Develop, maintain and optimize our HCM (preferred to be Oracle HRIS) instance to ensure streamlined and effective integration processes
  • Configure, design and support Oracle HCM to meet the dynamic business needs
  • Utilize fast formulas, SQL and data analysis tools to generate reports and integrate HR applications
  • Create end-user and technical documentation and provide support for application training sessions
  • Conduct unit testing, quality reviews, issue identification and support the resolution
  • Collaborate with other technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve any integration issues
  • Ensure smooth implementation of system releases and updates
  • Assist the team with design, development, and daily tasks related to Oracle HCM
