Sr. Manager, Analytics!In this role, you are expected to be responsible for solving business problems like forecasting, segmentation, classification using statistical and data science techniques.Responsibilities Analyze and interpret data results in addition to preparing presentations to report recommendations for meaningful innovation steps and identified white space opportunities. Own client relationships for several top CPG industry companies in beverage and snacking markets Handle and delivery Market Structure, Consumer Decision Tree, Custom Surveys, Concept Testing and Business Simulations/Forecast projects Direct multi-functional projects by driving and reviewing analyses from 2-3 combined data sources, pulling insights from the analyses and synthesizing the insights into meaningful recommendations for client presentations Responsible for Training resources to deliver structure/simulation projects Responsible for Capability Improvements/ Upgrades Improvements in current analytical methods Improvements in processes that result in reduced delivery time Hands-on experience in open source statistical programming languages like R & Python. Ability to maneuver through data using HIVE/SQL (Big Data Platforms) Has done extensive modeling work for solving core business issues using forecasting, predictive modeling, Machine learning Has a mix of modeling & programming experience & led analytics delivery. Proficiency in data manipulation/mining tools like R/SAS/SQL/MACROS required to work with Big Data is needed. Hence, higher comfort level with data manipulation and extraction of meaningful insights from large data and prior experience of working with large data is an added advantage.QualificationsMinimum qualifications BE/B- Tech, BCA, MCA, BSc/MSc, MBAPreferred qualifications Personal drive and positive work ethic to deliver results within tight deadlines and in demanding situations Flexibility to adapt to a variety of engagement types, working hours and work environments and locations Superb communication and negotiation skills,
