Job Details:1. PF & Misc. Provision Act. 2. ESI Challan Upload & TIC Generate & Updating. 3. Labour Regulation., Minimum Wage 4. To generate S&E RC & Contract or CLRA License. 5. Professional Tax, ESIC, LWF, Gratuity, Wages, Bonus and PF, as per Labour Law & Payment of Wages Act, Documentation, Audits and timely filing of returns. 6. Proficient in ensuring adherence to Statutory / Legal Compliances. 7. ESIC, PT and LWF. 8. Strong knowledge of Labour Laws, CLRA, Govt. Rules & Maternity Benefits Act with competencies in liaising with regulatory authorities / govt. authorities for statutory matters, necessary sanctions & approvals. 9.Those who can handle 15 to 20000 employee on off role.
