Kindly find the detailed Job Description & share your updated resume ASAP along with your acknowledgement.Title: Senior Manager / Associate Director-PBFALocation: Bangalore (Only)As part of the PBFA team, you will be responsible for delivering impactful analysis, reporting and insights for the CS domain. This individual will be responsible for preparation and delivery of Monthly MIS Reports, Budgets, Forecasts & Rate card to support the Client Services stakeholders.The opportunity To ensure accurate and proper finance systems for effective performance tracking, reviews and decision making. Were looking for Manager with preferably with prior working experience in Financial Planning & Analysis. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a leading firm whilst being instrumental in the learning, understanding and growth of GDS business.Your key responsibilities
    • Budgets & Planning: Finalization of Annual financial planning including half yearly Forecast covering HC, costs and expenses and margins with due interaction with various location finance and service function leaders.
    • Rate Cards / Pricing: Finalization of rate cards with due interaction and agreement with service function leaders
    • Reporting: Reporting (including discussion with service function leaders) monthly financials and other reports highlighting key performance parameters. Provide Operational support / cost improvement studies to enable effective management and improving operations and increasing efficiency of resources / processes. Develop models / reports in excel / access
    • Projected Financial: Preparing projected financial and over/under recovery as required form time to time.
    • Special Projects / Assignments: Undertaking any specific projects, assignments and/or track and update management with the best analysis
    • Adhoc Analysis / Reports: Ad-hoc decision support for various global initiatives / improvement projects
    • Process Improvement and Standardization: Ability to define As Is Processes and lead in design of to-be processes and roles leveraging leading practices and enabling technologies, to ensure optimum and consistent performance
    • Functional experience in Finance transformation projects across all or any of the phases i.e Plan, design, Test and Deploy, preferably involving implementation of Enabling technology, tools and Software applications
    • Master data support: Provide support to the various Technical team on various cost center/ codes, rates, structures, hierarchy and planning tools
    • Will be required to designing of reporting requirements for operational reports, service level requirements and process KPIs Provide definition and development
    Skills and attributes for success
    • Excellent Communicate as the role would require interactions with multiple stakeholders
    • Understanding or comfort with Project / Process Management skills
    • Eye for details
    • IT acumen, backed by proficiency in MS-Office, ability to handle complex data, and experience of modeling in MS-Excel or Access.
    • Must be a great team player having ability to work with a diverse global workforce
    • Effective leadership style with focus on building inclusive culture & high performing teams of global professionals
    • Ability to lead with teams in different contexts & environment with an awareness of group dynamics to drive an inclusive approach

    To qualify for the role, you must have
    • CA with 10+ years of work experience
    • Strong Knowledge in Accounting, Finance, MIS etc.
    • Knowledge of any ERP system preferably SAP
    • Demonstrated strong written and oral communication skills
    Ideally, youll also have
    • Project management skills
    • Desired Knowledge of ERP and project management skills
    • Credible experience working in a fast-moving, client-driven multi- national environment
    • Experience of working in a cross-border, virtual environment and international stint would be preferred
    • Structured and results driven leader with high ability to influence the organization
    • Strategic orientation and good Change Management capability
