Job Summary:The Senior Enterprise Systems Analyst will have analyst and administrator responsibilities for Workday, one of our Syniverse enterprise-wide systems. In this role you will perform in-depth analysis of situations or data to evaluate variable factors, primarily ensuring data integrity within internal reporting systems. In this role, you must exercise good judgment in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria to obtain and communicate meaningful results and continuous improvement all while working with confidential data.Primary Responsibilities: tManagement of enterprise-wide system and data (customer related objects, products, users, workflows, validation rules, integration management, etc.) tDefine system requirements with internal stakeholders tMaintain data quality in system with routine database cleansing tProvide administrative support to system users and stakeholders daily tConduct analysis, design, evaluation, modification, testing and implementation of enterprise-wide system(s) across functional areas tPlans and directs studies of potential electronic data processing applications and prepares design proposals to reflect cost, time and alternative actions to satisfy existing and future needs of the corporation tDevelop test plans and protocols for evaluation of system performance tConducts analysis of systems specifications and uses the latest analysis/diagramming tools to represent business/technical processes tDevelop conversion and system implementation plans tPrepare and obtain approval of system and programming documentation tRecommend changes in development, maintenance and system standards tCoordinate system upgrade activity tLead internal/external projects by specific request of business partners tCollaborate with stakeholders on technology enablement for business strategies tMay include company-wide, web-enabled solutionsJob Requirements: tBachelors Degree or equivalent experience t5+ years professional experience implementing integrations with other enterprise-wide platforms and using the specific required enterprise-wide system. t3+ years of experience working as Workday Integrations Administrator t3+ years of experience working with Workday EIB and Workday Studio (incl transformations via XSLT) tWork well within a team environment tExcellent written and verbal communication using the English language tExcellent Interpersonal Skills tExcellent Business Acumen tExcellent Analytical Skills tExcellent Presentation Skills tAbility to learn and adopt new technologies tAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, growing and changing environment tExperience working with confidential data (PII)Additional Information,
