StrategyCoGlobal is headquartered in Finland with an office in Bangalore.Position Overview:As a Talent Acquisition Specialist focused on Talent Acquisition at StrategyCo.Global, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the recruitment process. This role is designed for individuals who recently completed a Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. With a minimum of 6 months of relevant HR experience, you will contribute to the growth of our team through your enthusiasm for talent acquisition and your eagerness to learn.Key Responsibilities:Recruitment and Sourcing:Assist in candidate sourcing, screening, and interviews.Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.Candidate Engagement:Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring timely communication and feedback.Foster a positive candidate experience during recruitment.Data Management:Maintain accurate candidate records.Assist in generating reports on recruitment metrics.Collaboration:Work closely with the HR team on various initiatives.Support in organizing recruitment events and employer branding activities.Qualifications:Currently pursuing or recently completed a Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively in a dynamic environment.Experience:Minimum 2 years of relevant HR experience.
