Job Description

Understand the customer requests, address needs and provide timely response and support, primarily related to conflict minerals Analyze and document customer requests and facilitate with the appropriate company resources to drive the needed results with the end-customers Drive excellent communication, coordination, documentation, organization, and follow-ups with the team to meet the customer needs and deliverables Utilize excellent system skills to drive efficient and effective customer responses through MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and SAP related modules (PSN, EHSM, BW) Work closely with the Company s procurement teams and the Conflict Minerals team to prioritize and address customer requests Require versatility to fulfill responsibilities in various CM activities, such as other campaign support, BOM explosion, PSN maintenance and various analysis Primary Purpose A valued team member to our Global Procurement Compliance team focused on satisfying customer needs primarily related to Conflict Minerals through working collaboratively with internal and external contacts. This person is part of a global team servicing both customers and suppliers, which requires customer satisfaction and business etiquette. Education Required Bachelor s degree in Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related experience Preferred Conflict Minerals compliance or product compliance experience Work Experience Required 1 to 2 years of experience in Conflict Minerals compliance or product compliance Experience working on teams with business, suppliers, and customers Excellent verbal and e-mail communication skills with good business standards Experience working in a manufacturing company with businesses globally Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amount of information with attention to detail and accuracy Experience in MS Office like Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Preferred Good knowledge of SAP systems and processes Basic skills in SAP and material knowledge specific to Conflict Minerals or product compliance requirements Skills and Abilities: Required Communication Skills: Excellent in both verbal and e-mail communications Multi-tasking Skills: Ability to work efficiently with multi tasks and deliver the right approach for good results Critical Thinking Skills: Ability to listen, understand the nature of the communication from the stakeholders and take appropriate actions Detail-oriented Skills: Ability to pay close attention to details and be vigilant in his/her analysis to come to correct conclusions Problem Solving Skills: Ability to grasp business problems, goals, objectives, and provide alternative solutions Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work effectively with different teams within the organization to achieve common goals and respond positively to opportunities Agility Skills: Ability to be agile with changes and flexible with working time to accommodate multi time zones Preferred Knowledge of compliance Knowledge of procurement and products Proven analytical skills that demonstrate the ability to complete assignments in a systematic and timely manner,
