This is a unique and exciting opportunity to join a newly formed function within the Chief Technology Office (CTO) in JP Morgan. The CTO provides products and solutions to guide technology across the firm globally, removing inefficiencies and streamlining how we deliver quality business applications. We re continuing to evolve from building next-gen platforms to guiding architectures that unlock their capabilities, automating how we take code from inception to production. We re focused on optimizing how apps are designed for the future, targeting solutions that are portable across multi-cloud platforms to stay resilient, scalable and maintainable. The CTO also drives Modern Engineering Practices across the firm and provide the pathway for technologists to improve their speed, quality and application development practices.At the core, the Site Accelerator teams are being formed at every Corporate Centre to help accelerate the effective adoption of JPMC Strategic platforms across our application portfolio.As a lead of the CTO Site Accelerator team, you will get an opportunity to work with 5,000+ technologists from various LOBs at your Corporate Centre and be responsible to help drive adoption of CTO products and overall agenda - JP Morgan Enterprise Toolchain (JET), Cloud, OmniAI, Enterprise Data Technologies, modern engineering practices, agile development etc. You would build and lead a team of power users that are capable of innovating solutions in line with firms strategy and be seen as culture carriers in the firm. The role will also have the remit to work closely with other global teams like Toolchain Engineering, Cloud Platform, CTC, GTI as well as partner global Accelerator teams.As a constant learner and early adopter, you re already embracing leading-edge technologies and methodologies; your example encourages others to follow suit.
