You ll estimate engineering efforts, prioritize projects, plan implementations, and triage production issues. You need to be dynamic, collaborative and curious, as you ll work in a fast-paced environment where continuous experimentation and innovation are a given.Responsibilities* Write clean, solid and testable code while keeping the user experience fast and reliable* Make key technical decisions to develop and deliver scalability* Design and implementation of highly available and performant applications to meet business-critical SLAs* Effectively collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders including product and design* Build the optimal design and model for the UI* Deliver code in an Agile software development using test-driven development methodologies.* Participate in development life cycle activities like design, coding, testing and production release.* Define and steward technical standards and quality with fellow Engineers* Conduct peer code reviews for pull requestsWere a purpose-driven company whose beliefs are the foundation for how we conduct business every day.
