Job Description

The Software Engineering team delivers next-generation software application enhancements and new products for a changing world. Working at the cutting edge, we design and develop software for platforms, peripherals, applications and diagnostics all with the most advanced technologies, tools, software engineering methodologies and the collaboration of internal and external partners.Key Responsibilities You will work closely in an agile environment with a team of software engineers and Product managers on overall RSA NetWitness Software solution and the components of NetWitness Product Suite. In this role, you will design test strategy, test cases and build automation test suite to validate the Endpoint components and solutions.

  • Prioritizes own work regarding the development, coding, testing and debugging of new software or enhancements to existing software
  • Responsible for the development and implementation of Enterprise software while adhere to standards and timelines.
  • Understands and adheres to delivery/quality targets established.
  • General understanding of business environment. Fosters teamwork and collaboration within and across work groups.
  • Looking from Customer perspective and focusing on solving problems and implementing solutions
  • Communicate with internal teams, distributed across geography, be able to engage stake holders outside the team.
  • Work independently and effectively within and across teams.
  • Mentor and guide the Junior team members
Essential Requirements In this role, you will work independently and as a member of a team of engineers creating technical content and automation code to ensure interoperability quality of RSA NetWitness solution. You have the ability to work in a fast paced Agile environment demonstrating autonomy in conforming to strategic intent while adhering to team values.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • BE, B Tech (any stream), M. Sc (Electronics, Computer Science), M.C.A
  • Expertise in front end technologies Angular JS, Emberjs
  • Core Java, OOPS Concepts, J2EE(JSP/Servlets)
  • Experience in Spring Core, Spring MVC, JPA, Hibernate(ORM)
  • Experience with Version Control systems
  • Good software design and solution knowledge (Design Patterns is a Plus).
  • Should have a good hold on Best Practices.
  • Experience with SQL, relational databases such as SQL Server, Oracle
  • Experience using modern build tools such as Maven, Jenkins, GitHub, etc. a plus.
