Completely responsible for the technical output for assigned modules - this output may be work done by him/her TL or work assigned by his/her manager, to engineers under his/her technical supervision. Completely accountable for own work and quality of code and designs, test plans and all technical output of the engineers under his/her technical supervision Ability to review work done by engineers Ability to lead the SW Problem fix team for medium size integration/test cycles for multiple modules with ability to fix problems/enhancements requiring design changes Ability to technically evaluate features of vendors products/tools Ability to effectively coach team members to enhance their roles Positive, good initiative, cheerful, enthusiastic personality - mixing well with people - getting their cooperation Technical leadership of the team - driving activities related to modules under his/her umbrella Ability to develop and present technical material Communicate well within team and in customer interactions for technical discussions Effectively communicate technical resolutions to engineers under his/her technical supervision Above average command of spoken and written English MandatorySkills: Exposure to any of programming language - Python, C++, C Manual and Automation execution Good debugging Skills Proactive and good in communication (written/verbal and interpersonal skills) Good logical thinking and problem solving skills is a must.
