We are looking for a Software Engineer with 3+ years experience in programming with Python/Java or similar language. The CPE team at Zendrive is responsible for developing next generation products focused on generating insights on driving behaviour & risk by processing large scale datasets.Responsibilities:Understanding and analysing project requirements and translating it into specifications and programming deliverables .Collaborate effectively with product managers and designers towards building new products as well as enhancing existing products.Testing and debugging the backend infrastructure in controlled situations.Maintaining the systems and updating as per requirements.Qualification: BE/ BTech or MTech/ Dual degree in Computer Science, from a Tier1 instituteCompetencies and Skills Required :A software engineer works in a variety of programming languages, such as Python, Java etc. Thus strong programming skills are the foundation of any good software engineer.Besides this, software engineers also need to be good at data structures and algorithms, have a good understanding of building scalable systems which are easy to operate and cost effective at the same time. Some primary skills and competencies that recruiters look for in a candidate are:Strong understanding of Data structures and algorithms and their applications.Hands-on experience in one or more programming languages (Java /Python preferred.Experience in building scalable systems.Experience in working with cloud based infrastructure, like AWS services.Good communication skills.,
