These teams are responsible for building new features in rating, billing and charging solution CSG s cloud based Digital BSS Ascendon Platform. An exciting opportunity exists in our System Team in Ascendon R&D for Software Development Engineers Senior role with product development experience.

  • Exp: 7-9 (max) years
  • Mode of Employment: Full Time
Desired Skills:
  • Bachelor s Degree or above in Computer Science or related field.
  • Good communication skills to support the cross-regional team
  • Product Development/ Design and test automation experience is mandatory
  • Development experience in C#.Net
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience on UNIX
  • Knowledge of test frameworks like XUnit, Junit, etc.
  • Experience with non-functional testing (performance, chaos, etc.) preferred
  • Familiar with AWS
  • Familiar with Agile Methodologies
  • Candidates with experience of development for an Enterprise solution would be preferred
  • Candidates with experience in leading a team would be preferred
  • Experience in SAFe/Scrum/Kanban is favorable.
  • Have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience gathering and analyzing information for the development of effective solutions to problems or situations.
  • A self-motivated individual who works well in a team environment.
Responsibilities
  • Design and develop tools and frameworks enabling functional and non-functional testing
  • Follow up with North America/Bangalore on blockers and get people in Bangalore unblocked.
  • Assist team members with day-to-day tasks. This might be related to technology or domain knowledge.
  • Assigning work to team members wherever required and help them in prioritizing their tasks.
  • Represent System team on ARM/ARC SoS on need basis.
  • Provide support to DBTs in Bangalore/Brisbane on QA environments, E2E pipeline in Jenkins, etc.
  • Drive various team meetings like local stand-up, Retro, Sprint reviews, Brainstorming sessions, Planning, etc.
