Job Description

About the role Software Development EngineerDescription Role Description We are looking for a motivated, intelligent, hardworking and creative software engineer to join the teamYou will be working on building challenging internal tools as well as cloud-based products Core Responsibilities

  • Lead proof-of-concept and pilot implementations to demonstrate new ideas using Azure IOT cloud
  • You will build high performance, highly scalable, fault tolerant back-ends for real time IOT based asset tracking
  • You will work closely with a small agile team of talented engineers, project managers and product managers collaborating with users to design, build, and deploy top-quality applications.
Sills and Expertise
  • 5-7 years of software development experience
  • Good understanding of cloud computing concepts
  • Hands-on experience with Azure (certification is a plus)
  • Thorough understanding of Azure VMs, App Services, Storage, and SDKs Proven .NET skills - CLR, Entity Framework, WCF, ASP.NET Advanced C# skill
  • Ability to use Visual Studio effectively Advanced Node.js, JavaScript, and ASP.NET Web API skills
  • Good understanding of REST and Web Services
  • Good knowledge of SQL, NoSQL, and data access
  • Good understanding of containers and microservices
  • General understanding of Git, Jenkins, Docker, and PowerShell
  • Should know the best practices of implementing security, scalability, and reliability
  • Bachelor s degree or higher in Computer Science or any related/similar field
