In this leadership role as SoC Validation manager you will be responsible for overall Server SoC pre si validation managing a team of around 75-100 people. This includes both functional and performance validation of complex SoCs from tech readiness to release to customer supporting multiple market segments. This is a senior management role directly responsible for all aspects of validation working with multi functional and multi geo stake holders. In this role you will work closely with Architecture, Design, Post si validation teams to influence validation strategy, define execution plan, methodology and process for high quality silicon delivery.QualificationsBS degree in Electrical Engineering or related field of study with a minimum of 18+ years of relevant experience in SoC/IP/System verification/validation or MS degree with 16+ years of directly related SoC Design/Verification Industry Experience. Candidates must have the following - o Proven track record of managing large design/verification/validation teams on multiple projects and successfully delivering in cross geo work model o Good understanding of end-end validation requirements and critical paths, resource and execution planning and management, risk management o Ability to contribute and lead both technical and strategic decision making in Pre si verification areas and excellent communication skills o Extensive experience in building high performance teams working on CPU/IP/Subsystem/SoC Pre si Verification o Expertise in validating complex IPs from different sources and working with partner teams in the ecosystem to meet the scaling needs o Sound understanding of validation environment, functional test strategies, directed, random, stress test generation, debug flows, use case scenario validation is a strong requirement. o Experience in silicon bring up, debug in the lab to root cause issues o Capable of managing ambiguity and get to decisions working with different stake holders on technical challenges and also provide clear and crisp updates to Senior Management. o An excellent team player and ability to work with different teams smoothly to achieve common goalsInside this Business GroupXeon and Networking Engineering (XNE) focuses on the development and integration of XEON and Networking SOCs and critical IPs sustain Intels Xeon and 5G networking roadmap.Position of TrustThis role is a Position of Trust.
