This position is part of the SOC RTL team that is involved in developing high compute high memory server products.In this position you will be a member of the XEG Group. As part of this high-performance team, you will be involved in front end design activities including soc integration, front end quality checks like lint, CDC, FEBE, low power etc. Extensive knowledge in RTL design concepts, hands on experience on front end quality checks like lint, CDC etc. Excellent problem solving capabilities and debug skills is a mustThe ideal candidate would be disciplined motivated and innovative with a focus on quality Good understanding of database issues for large multisite design projects The successful candidate must be customer oriented and exhibit informed risk taking skills The candidate will be expected to work under minimal supervision and maximum flexibility to meet project deadlines Good written and verbal communication skills Must be a self-starter with good initiative to seek and explore multiple alternativesQualificationsCandidate will have a Bachelors degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering or equivalent with 10+ years of experience in - OR- Masters degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering or equivalent with 7+ years of experience in: VLSI or ASIC design and have a solid understanding of front end CAD tool flowsInside this Business GroupXeon Performance Group (XPG) delivers custom server SoC design solutions to our data center customers.
