Job Description

    KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIESList the critical accountabilities that must be achieved so that the job purpose is fulfilled.Partner with our Academic & Delivery teams to understand the technical requirements for Subject Matter Experts/Trainers for B2B and B2C training and accordingly executea search plan to identify potential SME/Trainers that fit the need.Source SME/Trainers using multiple channels like job portals, internal database, social media, etc.Assess SME/Trainers relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and competencies. Presenting the profiles of the most suitable SME/Trainers to the academics/delivery teams.Arranging telephone, video, or in-person interviews and training demos. Scheduling, coordination, and ownership of end-to-end hiring cycle.
