The BA responsibilities would include analyzing and documenting business requirements, completing Agile documentation, writing testcases, preparing test data & executing test cases. The role involves working with business subject matter experts, other business analysts from other teams and developers from various IT teams to understand the business requirements, any audit requirements, and any areas of risk and document them for the development team so that they may deliver the end product to the business. The candidate must have strong hands on experience in investment management/operations.The candidate should have expertise in requirements gathering & documentation, data analysis and gap analysis. He/She should have the ability to break down requirements into actionable functional stories to be used by the development teams.The candidate must be able to convert business requirements into test cases. He/She must have experience in executing test cases for both new functionality as well as regression test cases.The candidate must have strong interpersonal skills that foster close collaboration with various partners throughout the business and technology teams.
