Job Description

nullIn this role, you have the opportunity toTo be a part of Image Acquisition Platform is focused on delivering consistent, efficient and smart user experience, common serviceability, AI & Analytics tools on our console solutions across all modalities. The innovations on Image Acquisition Platform will impact millions of lives and also, will deliver on our quadruple aim in Healthcare Lower Cost, Improve Staff Experience, Improve Patient Experience, Better Health Outcomes.You are responsible for

  • Participates in full process, working in pairing mode with equal. Is the technical coach of a team or domain, recognized and approached by team members. Reviews, guides and coaches others in that domain. Shares knowledge across teams. Sets quality goals and development practices with the team.
  • Business knowledge: Has a very good awareness on business context and products. Understands clinical/application domain and systems
  • Technical Knowledge: Expertise in multiple areas of the system, expert in some area
  • Knowledge Sharing: Shares across teams
  • Stakeholders: Software CoE, clients, partnership with sub-contractors (e.g. discuss contracts). System designers/ architects
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
  • 10+ years of overall development experience.
  • Strong hands on experience in C# winforms programming and Database (SQL Server). WPF, C++ knowledge is a plus.
  • Healthcare imaging domain knowledge experience.
  • Strong design patterns and Object Oriented design experience; strong multi-threaded programming experience.
  • Ability to evaluate trade-offs between multiple technical approaches and choose one.
  • Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong Testing and debugging skills.
  • Good understanding of the healthcare domain (imaging, workflows, Integration, verification)
  • Good team player with positive attitude.
  • Self-starter, quick learner, ability to work independently.
  • Excellent verbal, presentation and written communication skills.
  • Exposure to Software Development Cycle Preferably, SAFe Agile based delivery model.
