Very good hand on in Basic configuration knowledge of salesforce.com (workflows, validation rules, approval process, custom formulas, page layout, record types). Be able to understand OO programming methodologies like code modularization, code reuse, less cyclomatic complexity of each method/ function written, decouple commonly implemented functions and group them in reusable components of the code. Understand exception handling very well and can write specific error handling blocks along with generic ones. Knowledge of Sales and Support process will be an added advantage.
