Automate tests using Java, PL/SQL, XML and UNIX shell scripts and other automation tools Execute test plans, enter and track issues in the defect tracking system Mentor and lead other members of the test organization Required Skills and Competencies 3-5years software/IT work experience, with at least 3 year in QA Hands-on experience writing, executing and automating test cases Proficient in 2 or more of the following: Unix Shell, ANSI SQL, Java Programming, XML, JSP, Java Application Servers (Weblogic, IBM WebSphere) Good problem solving skills Excellent written and communication skills Minimum Qualifications Education: BE/ME Computer Science/Engineering or Masters in Computer Applications (MCA), with consistently good academic background IIT/BITS Graduate. Exposure to Supply Chain / Warehouse Management domain will be a plus Experience on IBM Sterling products will be an advantage Ready to provide a superior delivery experience for your customers,
