Knowledge about 1) project planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation 2) Research design and data analysis 3) Knowledge and experience of working on issues in the mountains recommended 4) Fluency in the local language is an added advantageResponsibilities: Lead interdisciplinary problem- solving and policy- / action- relevant research in the Darjeeling regionLead a field- based team in management, coordination, implementation, monitoring and networking of a conservation and livelihood programme in Darjeeling Himalayas.Coordinate with various line departments and policy makers to provide policy inputs on relevant issues in the region.Position Base: DarjeelingAbout ATREE ATREE is one of South Asias leading conservation and environmental research organizations.
