Job Description

SM, Trade Promotions!In this role, you are expected to have good knowledge of deductions and will be responsible to maintain overall deduction balance target given by the Organization. We are looking for some who should be open to work in any shift as per the business requirement. Responsibilities The Role demands for a highly qualified professional who can provide guidance to direct reports typically comprising of first line managers and supervisors. Senior Manager will be responsible for all the activities related to

  • Experience in handling Trade Promotion Management
  • Establish relationships with Clients, Sales and Customers
  • Develop pre and post event analysis of the Trade promotion activities and determine where profit can be increased, what can be improved and what should be changed
  • Validate Trade deductions and create/modify Promotions and rebates
  • Confer with staff to discuss issues, coordinate activities or resolve problems
  • Take corrective action to solve organizational problems
  • Responsible to maintain overall deductions balance targets given by the Organization
Requirements
  • Understanding of Deductions management
  • Accounting skills including Budgeting, Forecasting and Reconciliations
  • TPM knowledge to validate claims
  • SAP Knowledge
  • Flexibility to adapt to a variety of engagement types, working hours and work environments and locations
  • Superb communication and negotiation skills
Minimum Qualifications
  • BCOM/ MCOM/ MBA/ BBA or any relevant qualification
  • Strong deduction and trade promotion skills
  • Effective communicate in writing and verbally to senior management.
  • Experience in balancing customer facing role and work assessments.
  • Self-starter and have analytical, problem solving skills
  • Ability to balance customer governance meetings
Preferred qualifications
  • Able to nurture robust working relationships with the team, peers and clients, scheduling flexibility required
  • Overall candidate should have problem solving, macro-level research and analytics approach and good in numbers deduction process
  • Good people and customer handling skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skill.
