Responsibilities :- Own Brand Building for the Exclusive Brand Outlet Channel across the country, delivering brand health metrics & new acquisitions for the channel.- Understand consumer needs & competition in key catchment areas identified for new stores. Identify micro-marketing opportunities that will drive maximum visibility.- Plan, conceptualise, develop, & execute 360 degree campaigns & events as per a planned retail marketing calendar for stores across the various customer touchpoints. Drive relevant walk-ins that- Develop effective instore communication to cross-sell, up-sell & drive average order value and repeat .- Manage marketing budgets for each store and work closely with the Retail Business & Category teams to deliver ROI as per each stores business plan.- Put in place processes, evolve metrics & monitor spends while continuously measuring success and derive data-based learnings- Work with cross-functional teams including the Retail Business & Ops teams, Category, Digital Marketing and Technology teams, to define, drive, and launch improvements to the consumer experience.Desired Candidate :- Qualification: MBA in marketing (preferably from a premier institute)- Experience: Atleast 5-7 yrs. in retail marketing for product or retail brands with national chains- Should have an entrepreneurial bent of mind & be able to lead a team as the chain grows- 360 degree campaign execution preferably in related industries.- Think analytically, ideate creatively, track meticulously, execute practically, communicate effectively- Should be excited about building a brand & up to date with recent trendsOur Promise to You : - We will value self-awareness, intellectual honesty, judgment, empathy, and positive energy over years of experience - We have no industry baggage and we are willing to try out new ideas.- We will give an opportunity to create a once in a lifetime organization.,
