Job Description

    *
    1. Technical/Project Management
    2. Hands on experience in preparing detailed Project Schedules using standard tools like Microsoft Project Planner (MPP)
    3. Experience in Budget and Forecast planning, tracking actual Costs
    4. Experience managing end-to-end projects desirable
    5. Experience with global stakeholder management desirable
    6. Good knowledge of SDLC and various Software development frameworks (Agile, Iterative, DEVOPS)
    7. Ability to churn and present numbers in different dimensions as per the need
    8. Essential Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
    9. Project planning and tracking of activities/tasks
    10. Escalate and identify other routes where progress is stuck
    11. Tracking and following up the action items at a project level
    12. Ensure all requests are addressed in a timely manner with optimal solution
    13. Simplify use every opportunity to simplify to the maximum extent possible and go the extra mile in doing so
    14. Collaborate with internal teams to address Business needs
    15. Assume personal responsibility for achieving defined outcomes
    16. Effectively plan & organize work to deliver consistent results
    17. Ensure regular and optimal communication with all stakeholders
    18. Exceptional Global stakeholder management skills
    19. Budgeting and forecasting for the year and tracking expenses regularly.
    20. Manage Escalations, ensuring nothing goes to the next level
    21. Desired Skills (Nice to have in addition to the Required Skills)
    22. Knowledge of IT Enterprise Architecture
    23. Familiar with latest Digital Trends
    24. Project Management / Agile certifications (PMP / ACP / SAFe, etc.)
