Come join a winning team and scale your career to new heights at People Tech Org Vision-To augment HR Technology for an integrated and best in class Digital People experienceHow will this role create impact and how is success measuredAs a Manager-People Tech you are accountable for leading a team of HR Tech Product Owner-Consultants to execute against the tech roadmap and on any in flight initiatives to support programs associated with Business change. The portfolio includes many challenging yet exciting products/applications such as SuccessFactors and other Best of breed solutions/in house tools that cut across the hire to retire lifecycle, with opportunities to lead many more game changing HR initiatives as you personify the vision and march towards the People Tech NorthStar! An incumbent is expected to bring to the table, a blend of both of HR process and Technology acumen with experience managing People Tech projects and/or Products. We measure success by the value and impact created through Best-in-class Digital People experiences, that enable our workforce and simplify HR Interaction touch points for our employees, managers and COEs thereby giving them quality time back in their day.What outcomes would you be accountable for:Leadership, collaboration and Innovation- Grow, inspire and lead of a team that manages all HR Tech related initiatives- Scope out technologies and drive innovation in the HR Tech space for new initiatives with a People first and an integrated HR-Tech mindset- Influence and hold key Stakeholder groups accountable through supporting data and analytics around impact measurement and drive continuous HR Tech improvements- Collaborate with HR and other parts to drive the delivery of key milestones and manage expectations with all stakeholders- Evaluate proactively, key problem areas/gaps with a data first mindset and resolve through continuous improvement frameworks- Build relationships and alliances with external counterparts, communities of practice and stakeholders to scan for innovations and opportunities to form partnerships.- Be the HR Tech ambassador for the function and represent internally and externally as neededProject Management- Managing the requirements of diverse HR Stakeholders groups through an HR Tech lens- Drive Business requirement gathering, impact, analysis, and testing of key supporting HR Tech initiatives.- Create and implement change management strategies to adopt the path of least resistance and proactively embed change across HR/the Business as needed- Run Focus Group discussions with a Design thinking approach and consult on possible HR-Tech solutions- Manage BAU/In flight bodies of work and run a regular project cadence or Steer Cos for HR teams and relevant business, tracking and monitoring progress and escalating business risks where appropriate- Support the HR Business partner community to build frameworks to automate/systemize and or digitalize HR process of change- Mitigate program risks/escalations and remove impediments for the team Key Skills :- 10-12 years of hands-on HR Tech experience supporting HR initiatives and programs- Experience working with SuccessFactors, Workday, ATS systems and other supporting HR Tech applications as a Product Owner- Experience managing end to end HR product/application lifecycles from inception through implementation and then evolution- Technology and Business acumen and a solid understanding of how tech can create value for the BusinessKey Behaviors :- Continuous improvement mindset to challenge the status quo and raise the bar for HR Tech.- Growth mindset and willing to push their own boundaries- HR Tech evangelist who lives and breathes HR TechnologyCertifications :- SuccessFactors/Workday- Product Owner,
