Job Description

Responsibilities:1. Ensure the Organisation adheres to legal standards and in-house policies. Also responsible for enforcing regulations in all aspects, at all levels, and provide guidance on all compliance matters. 2. Ensure smooth Compliance partner operations- Maintenance of registers under Labour laws and timely returns filling and acknowledgement as per the TAT. 100% display of notices, NFH intimations within TAT. Adherence to compliance calendar. 3. All the statutory regulations to be promulgated, aligned and implemented within the due dates 4. Closure of Notices and inspections within the TAT. 5. Ensure Contractor Compliance: 100% adherence to Labour Law compliance by vendors and ensuring CLRA license availability for all vendor across locations. Half yearly vendor audits to be completed and ensure driving vendor to No Risk category. 6. Disciplinary actions to be closed within the TAT 7. Compliance Governance to bring rigor in Operations, visibility on the health and hygiene of compliance operations. To publish monthly Compliance Dashboard. 8. Assess risk level and gaps and assist in the prioritization and implementation of necessary projects to reduce overall risk to the business. 9. Timely Invoice processing of Compliance partner 10. Ensure timely payment of Statutory bonus as per the Bonus Act 11. Ensure on time Holiday calendar finalization across States 12. People Management (Engage and retain team members in the team and adhere to Org level People Processes),
