Infoblox is seeking a Senior Manager, IT DevOps & QA Test Automation to join our Global IT Team in Bangalore. This position will be responsible for the complete IT DevOps, Release Management, and QA Test Automation Operations. This role reports to the Director of IT based in Bangalore.

As the Manager for IT DevOps and Quality Assurance, you should have deep knowledge and expertise in SAFe agile processes and best practices. You will use your judgement and practical experience to execute DevOps and QA Test Automation roadmaps while collaborating with software developers, Global IT Architects, and the leadership teams.

Responsibilities:

• Define, lead, and execute on our QA and DevOps strategy, vision, and roadmap
• Drive results through collaboration with IT, Engineering and Architecture, Program Success, and Product Management teams
• Participate in the best practice of SAFe Agile practices matched to the needs of different initiatives
• Drive QA Test Automation across all IT programs including SFDC, OFC, Data Lake, Boomi Integration while focused on automation metrics, improving test efficiency and sustainable models in Test Automation
• Define and institutionalize the QA test standards, process & industry best practices using the Idea-To-Offer (I2O) process
• Drive the QA Test as a change management process across the global IT team, aimed to cover 100% of the programs through a defined roadmap
• Implement DevOps tools & process across all the application stack and drive the adoption process rigorously through the global IT organization
• Manage the Integrated release operations strategy across multiple IT programs/platforms
• Communicate with other managers, developers, product managers, and technical support specialists on product or personnel issues
• Participate proactively in developing and maintaining team standards, tools, and best practices
• Organize and facilitate estimation, business requirements review, and planning update meetings
• Track and communicate project/release progress, facilitate discussion and conflict resolution
• Ensure Responsibility for people management function right from hiring, coaching, building high performing teams and live by Infoblox Core Values
• Evaluate, recommend & innovate new tools & technologies in streamlining DevOps/QA test automation & release management processes
• Be responsible for financial planning & budgeting for this function

Requirements:

• Overall 15 years of experience in QA Test Automation / DevOps/DevSecOps
• 10 years of experience in management and leadership of direct or virtual teams
• In-depth knowledge of DevOps and QA technologies and disciplines including automation of manual testing procedures
• Experience with GitLab, Jenkins, CI/CD, and Selenium technologies or equivalent is a must
• Must be familiar with Articulating Branching Strategy, Static & Dynamic code analysis processes, and related tools
• Strong Exposure to DevSecOps is a big plus
• Understanding of FedRAMP requirements from a DevOps perspective is desirable
• SaaS Company IT experience is a strongly preferred
• Thorough understanding of the software development lifecycle
• Driving Agile or Scaled Agile user adoption experience a strong plus
• Ability to understand technical issues at a high level
• Must have exceptional communication, collaboration, organization, and time management skills
• Must be self-motivated and capable of managing multiple priorities and tasks

Education:

• Bachelor s degree in engineering or business administration
• Masters degree is a plus
• DevOps / SAFe Agile certification is a plus
