Job Description

Role brief Responsible for managing the entire EXIM portfolio for Myntra Needs to handle multiple business channels with EXIM service requirement Major imports to be planned from Bangladesh, China, Sri Lanka, Malaysia andEurope Export to the middle east region Manage a team of 4 MembersResponsibilities Initiate & arrange Monthly & Seasonal RFQ participation from various serviceproviders of International Freight Forwarders. Ensure cost optimization withadherence to SLA achievement. Handle day to day Coordination with suppliers and internal buying teams acrossshipment readiness, inwards planning & Import documentation Sound understanding of import processes as per law of the land and handlingany related queries with the customs and CHAs. Aligning with internal taxation,compliance and audit teams for meeting the imports compliance norms Identification of suitable partners for freight movement, destination handlingand stock processing. Working on commercials and contract closures Setting up SOPs for international freight movement and company inwards withthe legal requirements involved for international suppliers and internal teams.Imparting training and aligning the stakeholders on SOP adherence Internal stakeholders management- Liasoning with Legal, taxation, Compliance,warehouse, planning, buying and Accounts and payable teams for shipmentplanning to drop and post-delivery reconciliation External stakeholders- Working closely with Freight forwarders, clearanceagents, 3PL service providers on KRA achievementRequirements(Including preferred experience,skills and competencies)1. 6-8 years of experience in the field of EXIM and international logistics2. Strong Negotiation skills and commercial understanding for international anddomestic freight costs3. Understanding basic customs laws- HSN and custom duty declaration, relateddocumentation required for import/export clearance4.
