Role: Senior Executive - R&L Responsibilities: 1. Campaigns Execution - Setting up automated life cycles, journey planners, BAU campaigns, TD/offering 2. Setting up real time trigger/session/drop offs based campaigns etc. 3. Reporting - Ensuring reports for the respective campaigns are generated and shared with stakeholders 4. Base management - ensuring updated/verified bases are used for all campaigns 5. Coupon management - responsible for creation of coupons and tagging to users 6. Campaign planning, execution - ensuring base receives select set of communications and base exclusion 7. Stakeholders interaction - creative team, analytics team, city & business teams Requirements : 1. Prior experience of working on marketing automation platforms (Mandatory) 2. Understanding of process, campaign setups and execution. 3. Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets intermediate working understanding is mandatory. 4. Experience in SQL/Snowflake or other campaign platforms (Optional but preferred) 5. HTML experience (Optional but preferred) 6.
