Job Description

    Initiate the background verification process with the verification vendor for the freshly hired employees.Drive verification with education universities, previous employers, candidate s references etc Review of the documents during the initiation of the background verification process as per the mandatory list of checks Clear insufficiency in the background verification by getting in touch with the candidate if required. Scrutinize the credentials, documents, and facts of employees being on boarded, and maintain the central repository of background verification cases Utilize different modes of verification online databases, offline visits, etc., to fasten the verification process, and investigate cases as and when required and provide timely feedback Prioritize the checks in accordance with the timeline remaining for completion of reports & onboarding date,
