Job DescriptionThe candidate would be a part of an Advisory team for Intelligent Automation at Robert Bosch Engineering and Business solutions Private Limited (RBEI). Intelligent Automation has emerged as a key focus area at Bosch with a mandate to create an impact internally as well as externally. The IA Advisory will predominantly be responsible for consulting clients on their Automation journey roadmap as well as establish industry wide thought leadership for Bosch.The candidate will be required to:- Drive and deliver end-to-end process transformations for clients - delivering value by reimagining the client s business and creating their automation strategy.- Capture detailed information about the client s business and key unmet needs through customer value chain frameworks, as-is process and value maps - Identify automatable processes based on holistic criteria for automation and create a pipeline for the customer s automation roadmap - Design the to-be scenario for the client s business and roadmap for their automation strategy; Recommend possible scenarios / solutions to achieve that along with change management considerations.Apart from client advisory projects, the candidate will be required to lead thought leadership initiatives for Intelligent Automation in internal and external forums by creating collaterals like whitepapers, customer case studies, monthly trend reports, evangelizing IA practice at Bosch through speaker sessions at events, etc.,
