Job Description

  • Salesforce CRM specialist in Marketing and Sales areas.
  • Salesforce Administration, Marketing Cloud, and Sales Cloud certifications are preferred.
  • Experience working with the Workfront tool is a plus.
Main functions include, but not limited to
  • Good understanding of Martech
  • Experience of working with global marketing teams
  • Work as a key interface between IT delivery team and Business to design and deliver technologies related to Marketing
  • Contribute to solution designs, testing plans and execution, as well as the training, troubleshooting, and project management aspects of addressing business and operational needs
  • Analysing the business processes and business systems for inefficiencies
  • Develops and shares subject matter expertise, business knowledge or best practices
  • Asks good questions to gain deeper understanding of the business
  • Takes appropriate actions based on needs of business and customer
  • Builds relationships and collaborates across functions
  • Comfortable sharing own Ideas and listen to different point of view from others
  • Builds and leverages strong internal contacts across the organisation
  • Strong team player with track record of cross functional collaboration
  • Facilitating recommendations for solutions or improvements and reviewing solutions that can be accomplished through new technology or alternative uses of existing technology
  • Plan, prioritise and deliver systems enhancements. Support and upgrade implemented systems
Qualifications
  • 6 years of experience in a Marketing Operations, Demand Generation, and/or Marketing Systems/Technology.
  • 5 years of hands-on experience with SFDC CRM in the Marketing and Sales areas.
  • Admin/Expert knowledge of Project Management/Collaboration tools such as Workfront.
  • Natural-born leader & communicator. Effective communication across a diverse team is a must.
  • Understands specific goals and the bigger picture and strategy.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced and demanding environment. Comfortable learning and using new software tools.
  • Solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Expert prioritizer, organized, and able to manage stakeholders.
  • Experience working in a very cross-functional environment.
  • Critical thinker and analytical point of view.
  • Previous experiences that prove sense of ownership, a getting-things-done approach, and the ability to go from high-level business strategy to tactical execution.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
