Job Description

    Position - Sr Analyst / SpecialistLocation - Electronic city BangaloreShift - Open to work in shiftResponsibilities will mainly be in CRM but might span across other tools and projects. Support daily and operational tasks around our CRM Tool Salesforce.com. You will be part of a team that supports global and regional CRM Projects / initiatives. Delivering operational CRM user support for the Research EMEA CRM user community will be a big part of the responsibilities, as well as data cleaning initiatives in Salesforce.com (CRM system) and liaison with the EMEA CRM & Tools teams (i.e. Account & Contact de-duplication and data, Transform old defective data into valuable assets for the Sales people, etc.). As part of the broader Sales Enablement team, we are ensuring to work closely together with our Sales & Marketing teams and enhance current processes.Who you are:
    • Educational background as an Industrial clerk or Business and/or marketing-related degree or equivalent professional qualification
    • Very Strong CRM background, certified Salesforce.com administrator (ideally in Lightning) and basic SAP knowledge, ideally more advanced SFDC certifications
    • Ideally know-how in SFDC related tools i.e. Demand Tools, Data Loader, iCapture, etc.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong team-oriented skills: work consistently and effectively both as an individual contributor and as part of a team
    Very strong English skills in writing and talking as well as advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite including Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint are desired. Strategic Impact: Position works on data cleaning initiatives in the Life Science CRM system and provides support for CRM & Tools tasks and other operational tasks to support SFDC in the Commercial EMEA region Education: Business and/or marketing-related degree or equivalent professional qualification Work Experience:
    • Certified Salesforce Administrator (ideally in Lightning)
    • Nice-to-have: Additional SFDC certifications
    • Ideally experience in ERP Systems (i.e. SAP, Oracle, Scala, etc.)
    • At least 2 year of sales, pricing, commercial or business support experience
    • Ideally,basic know-how concerning the Life Science Organization

    • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite including Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.
    • In-depth knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems (e.g. Salesforce.com), basic know-how in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, Pricing Software and ecommerce platforms.
