Job Description

    - Expert in the Sales and Distribution module (SD) (Master Data, Organizational Data, Sales, Order Fulfilment, reverse logistics, reporting)- Proficient in the Materials Management module (MM) (Master Data, Organizational Data, Purchasing, Inbound Management, Inventory Management, Sourcing and reporting)- Cross functional capabilities to work and integrate with other modules- Cross functional capabilities to work and integrate with other modules- Sound knowledge on interfaces/IDoc/EDI- ABAP Knowledge and basic debugging skills- Ability resolve customer incidents and report to business users.- Good analytical, conceptual and problem solving skills to solve incidents.- Ability to communicate effectively both orally & in writing and to collaborate with business community.- Experience in ITIL frame work (Change management + Incident Management + Problem Management)- ABAP Knowledge and basic debugging skills will add advantage- Excellent English oral, written and presentation skills- Ability to work in flex hours based on project demand- Experience of having worked in offshore / onsite engagements (at client location) is desirable.,
