*Job description Position OverviewProject System (PS) Application Expert provides & performs a broad range of service management operations (including integration, update and release management, application customizing, change request evaluation and implementation) to ensure that given IT service or solution resources are available to the business Focus is on Application services. This Includes expertise on application setup of business process, workflows, system design and procedural system knowledge as well as particular application know-how. The Application Expert is responsible for system configuration and for any tasks that arise within an application implementation project. Must have knowledge in SAP Project systems module for software service related industry. Knowledge in Sales & Distribution RRB billing module will be an added advantageWorks primarily in the ITIL process areas of Problem / Incident Management and Change Management to ensure application system consistency, system stability and upkeep of existing functionality within the productive environment. Application Expert is responsible for consulting delivery and quality. Supports planning and designs of business processes and makes recommendations in order to improve and support business activities.Responsibilities
• Manage application design and technical solution configuration in SAP PS according to process descriptions and business requirements.
• Prepare the system enhancement functional documentation.
• Configuration and setup of SAP PS functionality for system enhancements and portfolio projects.
• Be the hands-on application expert during integration and user acceptance testing.
• Be the hands-on application expert in providing daily application support activities for users in Project systems Solutions area.
• Provide support and expertise after go-live of the initial rollout projects.
Technical Skill Requirements
• Strong knowledge and experience in SAP PS & SD with experience specifically on customer projects, overhead projects and in below billing methods.

• Minimum two E2E implementation experience in SAP S/4 HANA Project systems module.
• Excellent knowledge of SAP PS & SD modules, IMG configuration and functionality, including Logistics Execution and Delivery from Projects
• Knowledge of SAP PS Organizational Elements, PS IMG customization in areas like Project Profile, Network and Activity related profiles, Cost planning, Budgeting, Scheduling and Settlement and Result Analysis (RA) and Master Data
• Minimum of 2 years of full lifecycle implementation experience in PS /SD as a functional consultant -- requirements definition, customizing, developing functional and technical specifications, testing, and end-user training.
• Excellent ability to work with and understand ABAP/4 code, BDC, LSMW, SAP script, Smart Forms, Dialog Program, ALE, EDI, IDoc and Workflow.
• Integration aspects to related SAP-modules are a must, e.g. SD-PS, HR Mini master & FICO.
• Good ability to understand and troubleshoot interfaces between SAP and third party applications
• In-depth knowledge on PS / SD customized programs ,BADI, user exits

• Successful experience collaborating with clients to achieve results within a timely manner.
Qualification
• MBA in Sales and Marketing from a premier institute
• At least 7 - 8 years of SAP experience in systems applications consulting
• Experience with Business Process and/or Services Modeling in global business environment.
• Ability to influence and collaborate at all levels of the organization including senior executives.
