  • Job Requirements :
      • Key Responsibilities : 1Must have experience in setting up and troubleshooting CBTA 2Must have experience in setting up and troubleshooting CHARM with N, N1 Landscape along with retrofit configuration 3Should have good Communication Skill and Co-Ordinate with Functional and technical teams 4Should have knowledge of Focus Insight Dashboard build 5Should have knowledge to configure BPMON, Technical monitoring 6Should have knowledge of other Solman related configurations 7Must have experience in SAP Solution Manager
      • Technical Experience : 1 Must have a minimum of 8 to 9 years experience in SAP Solman Consulting 2 Must have at least one Solman implementation experience 3 Must have experience to work in a support environment and understand the concept of incident/change management 4 Demonstrate strong leadership skills that include initiative, ability to drive team, priority setting and relationship building 5 Excellent Communication and organization skills
    • Professional Attributes : 1: Must have experience to work in a support environment and understand the concept of incident/change management 2: Ability to train resources on Solman skills 3: Flexible with respect to shifts 16/5 4: Handle delivery without any SLA miss and guide team to adhere to the same
