      • Key Responsibilities : a Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements b Functional Must Have Should have project experience on of SAP Cloud for Customer or SAP Business ByDesign CRM module applications c Preferred certification SAP Cloud for Customer
      • Technical Experience : a 6 plus yrs of experience in ERP CRM implementation support Should be aware of CRM business process preferably but not mandatory to have SAP exp b Trained in Cloud for Customer application with Good communication skills c Good hands on experience on SAP Cloud Studio with OO skills d Preferred to have worked on client facing roles e Must have worked in CRM implementation support projects preferably but not mandatory to have SAP experience f Net, Java experience and Integration middle ware
      • Professional Attributes : a Excellent written and verbal communication skills including presentations, chairing meetings, workshop facilitation, business and report writing
    • Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education
