Job Description

  • Leverage technical expertise and industry best practices to recommend solution
Support and interface with key processes of standard SAP Billing Revenue Innovation Management (BRIM) / Hybris Billing, Convergent Charging (CC), Convergent Invoicing (CI/FICA), Convergent Mediation
  • Effectively engage with IT delivery partners, prioritize issues and Monitoring queues and monitor outputs from the team.
  • Interact with internal teams and external 3rd party vendors to trouble shoot and resolve complex problems.
  • Use extensive Order Management business knowledge at domain level and drive change management and business adoption of technologies.
  • Perform analysis of cross-functional and complex business requirements.
  • Design complex cross-functional solutions for IT partners to construct and deliver.
  • Provide mentoring and guidance to other team members.
  • Demonstrate broad technical leadership, exert influence outside of immediate team and Drive change.
  • Consult with team members and other organizations, customer and vendors on complex issues.
  • Stay updated with the industry leading practices in Sales & Distribution and pursue professional relationships inside and outside the company.
  • Follow appropriate departmental and company procedures and policies (i.e. change control, security and auditing, release, configuration, problem and incident management).
Education and Experience Required:
  • Bachelors/Masters in Engineering OR Computer Sciences or Eqvt
  • Should have 10+ years experience in as SAP technical lead
  • Worked as technical lead on SAP CRM and/or SAP BRIM projects.
  • High level of proficiency in of SAP CRM, SOM, Fiori, Gateway, OData, Advanced ABAP and ABAP Extensions
Technical Knowledge & Skills:
  • 10 or more years of experience writing SAP code, such as, and not limited to, ABAP, OData, Restful ABAP, Fiori, SAPUI5, CDS Views, ABAP Object Oriented Programming
  • Advanced understanding of modern software development methodologies, including Jira, GitHub, Confluence
  • Advanced understanding of modern software development tools and SCM.
  • Technical Development experience with SAP CRM / SOM, SAP S/4
  • Technical skills in ABAP, Web UI, MW. Woklring with CRM Contracts, one order object
  • Prior implementation experience in SAP BRIM/SOM/CC/CI will be an added advantage.
  • Should have technical knowledge of SAP CRM AND SAP S/4
  • Technical development experiences on SAP CRM, SAP OTC/SD (Order Management, Pricing, Rebates), and SAP FI-CO , FI-CA will be necessary
  • Advanced understanding of Software Test methodologies, and an expert in testing tools. Strong General Project Management.
  • Ability to work with 3rd party SW vendors on integration of tools, influence of strategy and roadmaps
  • Strong Business Analysis; ability to take vague business requirements and work with business on defining.
  • Advanced SAP S/4 Web Technologies.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; demonstrated influencing skills, high level of technical and team leadership skills.
