Job Description

WHAT YOU LL DO

  • Build and run testing processes in the Salesforce platform and across its sandbox and development environments.
  • Design, code and document automated test cases within a framework that you will co-author to ensure the quality of our product and releases.
  • Define the regression testing process and framework, including UI, back end, Salesforce components and integrations.
  • Translate existing manual regression test cases into automated test cases.
WHAT TO BRING
  • 4+ years of experience with software QA testing and test automation, with 2 years of exclusive SFDC QA experience.
  • Experience with automation development utilizing technologies such as JavaScript, SQL, software version control, Selenium, copa.do, etc.
  • Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
  • An ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and pick up new skill sets quickly.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent required.
NICE-TO-HAVES
  • Experience with Copa.do testing and release management software.
  • 2 Years of Salesforce Community Cloud experience.
  • 2 Years of Salesforce Service Cloud and Omni-Channel experience
