Job Description

Sales Enablement Tools & Analytics: Support & Adoption AdministratorThe Support & Adoption Administrator will work to assess, design, develop, maintain and evaluate user support and adoption solutions for all of the platforms, tools and services supported by the Sales Enablement team. This individual is responsible for maintaining all content within our team learning & adoption catalogue with key goals of driving user competency, promoting good user experience and enhancing adoption. The content will be focused on 3 key platforms; Salesforce, Marketo and Tableau. This role will report to Lucy Alligan (London).MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work directly with subject matter experts across the team to develop appropriate support strategies, designs, solutions/deliverables, and evaluation that meets the team objectives
  • Deliver required content in appropriate format (e.g. PowerPoint, Email, Video etc.) to meet crucial learning & adoption deadlines with accuracy in line with branding requirements
  • Maintain and publish content inventory
  • Employ appropriate methodologies to ensure that the inventory meets team objectives and complies with quality standards & company/team branding.
  • Employ appropriate technologies and tools to develop and maintain the inventory, ensuring compatibility with appropriate delivery system, including PowerPoint, Email, Improved Apps.
  • Stay current on all product, tools, services and product enhancements across the team
  • Maintain and meet milestones of project plans, in support of team deployment calendar
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and quality through follow up and research based on feedback of audience

    • Ability to quickly understand business information/challenges and communicate them creatively through different media (including Word, PowerPoint, Email, Online)

  • Excellent communicator (written and verbal)
    • Extremely high attention to detail
    • Ability to write effective copy, instructional text, audio scripts/video scripts with attention to structure, format and creativity
  • Strong Support & Adoption Technology Skills
    • Understanding of video editing tools, such as Camtasia, and embedded learning technology, such as WalkMe, an advantage
    • Knowledge of design and development of learning materials and instructional video an advantage
Education
  • Graduate / Diploma in Graphics and Multimedia/Graphic Design
  • Minimum 5 yrs of experience
  • Proficiencies in MS Office Suite, advanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop desirable
  • Experience in Financial Services or Technology preferred
