Job Description

  • As a Salesforce Developer, This role requires the candidate to Design, Develop, Test & maintain Salesforce CRM applications on Sales and Service Cloud, spanning multiple technology platforms, within a portfolio as an Application Developer. Change Management, Application compliance, Support & Coordination for regular maintenance & adhoc deployments are key components of the role.
Responsibilities :
  • Partner with other Salesforce.com Admin and Development team members to ensure timely delivery of work to business stakeholders
  • Design, develop, test and implement solutions in Salesforce.com. This includes implementing new enhancements and creation of custom objects and redesigning/improving the existing Salesforce.com instance.
  • Prepare documentation including Requirements and Technical Design documents, Configuration Workbooks, Test Cases other documentation as required through the project lifecycle.
  • Support and troubleshoot integrations between SalesForce.com and other Enterprise systemOngoing improvements in the Salesforce.com instance by doing continues research of new Salesforce feature functionality
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
  • Overall, 4-6 years of experience in Salesforce.com development is a must
  • Hands-on experience in Salesforce Sales/Support Cloud, and Lightning, Communities
  • Proven experience with Salesforce development, administration, system integrations, and bug fixes.
  • Experience with front end languages and backend tools for web engineering (Apex, Triggers, DataLoader, Visualforce, Lightning Framework, Lightning Web components, API s, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS).
  • Exposure to Agile, SDLC & Unit Testing Experience
  • Validated Communication & interpersonal skills
  • Ability to pick up new Technologies and Tools.
  • Salesforce platform developer or any one Salesforce certification certification
  • Experience on Test Automation Tools, CI/CD Pipeline/Salesforce DX
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
  • Application Administration viz Access Control, Security compliance, Incident & Change Management
    • Knowledge on Java or Object Oriented Programming Concepts
    • Web Application Development Background
  • Very good development experience with Apex is must
  • Experience in Visual Force pages development
  • Experience in Salesforce integration with large applications End to End
