Deep domain knowledge enables us to truly understand and address the challenges and opportunities of Industrial Automation.This is a HUB Sales Support Manager position reporting to Operations Manager in Business Area Industrial Automation (INOPC IA) located in Bangalore. You will be responsible for leading Sales Support & technical solution team for driving the Automation, Electrification and E-houses portfolio of the business. The successful candidate will be solution-oriented engineer and love working on complex projects, driving innovative technical solutions to our customers.Your responsibilities

  • Leading the high performing Sales Support & technical solution team, managing the KPI & productivity, driving standardization and reporting to Asia Hub PG (Product Group)organization.
  • Managing Bidding strategy, winning ideas, cost optimization, technical Solution innovation, supporting project handover.
  • Managing timely Technical & Commercial offer delivery, monitoring quality of bids and driving productivity.
  • Managing Technical solution of Automation, PMS, Electrification, E-House, Telecommunication and Advance Electrical Services portfolio for Energy division customer.
  • Interacting with Hub Country Sales Team, Technical Solution principle team for smooth deliverable and continuous improvement.
  • Supporting the business growth initiative across Hub countries.
  • Ability to implement the changes based on business needs.
  • Ensuring to adhere to the business governance and procedure.
Your background
  • Bachelor s Degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in the energy industry is preferred.
  • Experience in engineering management (ideally in Automation Solution, Electrical Solution, E-House Solution) is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Offshore / On-shore requirements including offshore class rules like ABS, DNV and market demand / requirement.
  • Prior experience in Managing bidding of international projects.
  • Excellent team management and motivational skills.
  • Excellent communication in English
