Job Description

  • Conduct and report market research. Identify opportunities and risks in the markets for the sales management
  • Develop and execute strategies for things such as goal structure, resource planning, territory definition, and team structure.
  • Provide the framework for tracking and analyzing metrics that enable the health and continuous improvement of the sales organization.
  • Own the accuracy of the pipeline and forecast.
  • Be actively involved in planning and executing the quarterly sales office hours
  • Assess and implement sales tools to facilitate the sales process
Skills Required
  • Proven market research analysis experience
  • Good numerical, analytical and problem solving skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Stay up to date with the global martech ecosystem identifying opportunities and risks well in advance
  • To be able to work in a highly dynamic environment with teams spread across globally
  • Experience working on Salesforce CRM is a plus
  • Methodical and well-organised
  • Excellent people skills and a friendly manner
  • MBA in Statistics or prior experience working in SaaS or a consultant role would be a huge plus
  • MS Office - Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
