    1. Strategic Responsibilities:
    • Responsible for End to End execution in stores for Visibility implementation, Promo Executions.
    • Candidate will be handling a team of Promoters and Merchandisers for his respective geography.
    • Candidates should be adept in handling accounts like Tesco, Hyper city, Big Bazaar, Reliance.
    • Should be able to make the store level Relationship.
    • Doing Recruitment for New Position for BAs & Promoters
    • Enroll large outlets for business and visit them as per PJP to drive sell out and sell in
    • Ensure share of shelf is maintained and at category level.
    • Ensure right merchandising tools are implemented
    • Monthly market intelligence report on category landscape.
    1. Financial Responsibility:
    • Ensure billing to Key accounts as per agreed margins
    • Market expiry and Damage control
