Job Description

    Role Responsibilities: Interact and engage with our core target audience including CXOs, Head HRs, L&D Heads as a part ofthe defined sales and marketing plan. Own lead generation targets from a defined list of companies and help expand our level of connectwithin the organization. Engage with clients, understand their requirements and showcase how enParadigms solutions canfulfil their learning needs Perform effective online demos to prospects and understand customer needs and requirements. Prepare and present impressive client pitches for a premium and uniquely positioned corporateeducation brand. Proactively nurture and engage clients to build relationships, generate business opportunities andclose deals.Candidate requirement: Education: MBA/PGDM Sales & Marketing. Experience 1-3 years of work experience, in B2B sale is an added advantage. Experience within MNCs dealing with high profile clients is an added advantage. Job Location: Mumbai (Andheri East). No of position open: 3 Skill set: Conversant in dealing with senior management. Strong influencing skills. Ability to research in-depth and tailor the pitch to the needs of customers. Working with sense ofownership with minimum supervision of the manager. Excellent verbal and written communication. Good command on English language. Strong presentation skills, proficient in excel. Experience in using Lead management and CRM tools.
