We are currently hiring for one of our clients into the Electrical domain. Below are a few roles and responsibilities:Key Responsibilities: 1. Preparation of Sales Plan and Marketing Plan and getting it approved2. Achievement of Targets Fixed in all criteria (Product wise, Geography wise, Region wise, Salesman wise) 3. Ensuring success of Marketing Plans against its targeted objective4. Maintain disciplined performance in entire sales team5. Be a coordinator between the Sales Department and other Department.Planning: 1. Conduct study of Market, Customer, Competitor, Sector and analyze the study results on creation of Sales Plan for the year2. Preparation of Sales Plan for the year a. For every line of businessb. For different time framesc. For every regionand get it approved by Joint Managing Director3. Creation of Sales Strategy, Systems, Processes and Procedures for achieving of Approved Sales Plan and get it approved by Joint Managing Director.4. Establish the review methodology on reviewing the performance on target vs actual sales.5. Preparation of Marketing Plan for the year in liaison with Marketing Strategy Head and get it approved by Joint Managing Director.Execution: 1. Approve the Sales targets allotted by Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to a. every individual sales team;b. different customer verticals andc. different sector verticals2. Communicate the approved strategies and procedures to Regional Sales Managers in achievement of targets and obtain confirmation on their understanding.3. Support RSM and Sales Team in closing high value, high profile and sensitive customer deals4. Approve deviations in Pricing and Credit Policy beyond the powers of RSM5. Measure the performance of Marketing and Sales Efforts and decide on further course of action.6. Approve RSM visit records and their expenses claim7. Attend escalated Customer Complaints received and provide solutions 8. Maintain good understanding and rapport with Customers (Present and Prospective)Co -ordination: 1. Co -ordinate with Marketing Manager to execute activities to support sales function2. Co -ordinate with Head Marketing Strategy in creation of Marketing Strategy.3. Co -ordinate with Marketing Manager and RSM in measuring the performance of Marketing and Sales activities.4. Co -ordinate with HR Head in creating training and induction program for Regional Sales Managers.5. Recommend for deviations approval in Credit and Pricing Policy to Joint Managing Director & Managing Director for deviations beyond the power of Sales Manager.6. Support sales team wherever required in collection of outstanding payments and statutory documentsReporting: 1. Prepare and present Target Vs Actual Sales Performance in MRM meeting2. Review daily performance of Regions with Regional Sales Manager.3. Present weekly performance of Regions to Joint Managing Director4. Review and present Cost Vs Output of a. Marketing Activitiesb. New Business Developmentsc. Sales Achievementsto Joint Managing Director on a weekly basis and to the Board once in a month,
